I Am the Amen and the Faithful to all who wait for me, to all who obey me, to all who ask for my presence, my voice, my face.
Those who turn to their own ways, I let them walk by themselves, on their own, even when they say, “God is with me.” Indeed, I Am for you; but to be for you does not mean that I also bless works of disobedience, works of insubordination, works of stubbornness, works which do not build my own Kingdom.
I said I came to do my Father’s will, and I sent you to do my Father’s will. If the works you are working are not the works my father is working, how can you expect Me to be there with you and bless the works of your hands?
But if you obey and do my Father’s will, then my power, my presence, my activity is there bearing additional witness and providing the additional supernatural work needed to fulfill the will of the Father through you.
I have given you blessing, I have given you light, I have given you truth, so that you may be a blessing, you may be the truth, you may be the light to others around you.
But if the light is darkness, how then will my light be revealed?
Isaiah 58:9 Then you shall call, and the LORD will answer; you shall cry, and He will say, ‘Here I am.’ “If you take away the yoke from your midst, The pointing of the finger, and speaking wickedness, 10 If you extend your soul to the hungry and satisfy the afflicted soul, then your light shall dawn in the darkness, and your darkness shall be as the noonday. 11 The LORD will guide you continually, and satisfy your soul in drought, and strengthen your bones; You shall be like a watered garden, and like a spring of water, whose waters do not fail.
We said: “if the light is darkness, how then will my light be revealed?”
That is why my people are constantly called to keep the fire burning; that is just as the priests in the Old Testament had to bring wood at all times and put it on the fire, and take care of the fire, so that the fire would not go out.
Be attentive, because even though there is a flame burning now, that is no guarantee that it will be there later, if you do not take care of the flame. Remember my priests keep the flame burning on the altar, which needs care, dedication, attention. It takes obedience and patience.
Mark 9:49 “For everyone will be seasoned with fire, and every sacrifice will be seasoned [lit. salted] with salt. 50 “Salt is good, but if the salt loses its flavor, how will you season it? Have salt in yourselves, and have peace with one another.”
