Pentecost 2020, a timing of a special divine visitation, for/through a new generation of the Ecclesia. It is a special timing in God’s calendar, for a new outpouring of His Spirit that is necessary to accomplish the specific purpose that He wants from the Body of Christ of this generation, at this time.
God gives the ability to His people to discern the times. These are times of divine visitation. God will empower a new generation of the Ecclesia, the Joshua generation, to advance the Kingdom of God forcefully.
A key scripture that shows what God is about to do, speaks about the fire of God that will bring a division in the Church, same as in the days after Jesus sent the Holy Spirit on the day of Pentecost.
Luke 12:49 “I came to send fire on the earth, and how I wish it were already kindled! 50 “But I have a baptism to be baptized with, and how distressed I am till it is accomplished! 51 “Do [you] suppose that I came to give peace on earth? I tell you, not at all, but rather division.
As it was true on the day of Pentecost when the Holy Spirit came for the first time, so it is true today, but for the specific purpose that God wants to accomplish through this generation at this time. As it is written:
Acts 2:16 “But this is what was spoken by the prophet Joel: 17 ‘And it shall come to pass in the last days, says God, That I will pour out of My Spirit on all flesh; Your sons and your daughters shall prophesy, Your young men shall see visions, Your old men shall dream dreams. 18 And on My menservants and on My maidservants I will pour out My Spirit in those days; And they shall prophesy.
The Holy Spirit was poured out on God’s people so that we could prophesy. That is not a religious prophecy inside a religious service where “God says, I love you my child”. That is God’s people prophesying God’s strategic plans and purposes for the advancement of His Kingdom, from a position of authority.
That authority to prophesy God’s strategies to advance His Kingdom on earth proceeds from the Head, Jesus, who is seated on the Throne of God in heaven. He sent His Spirit on Pentecost so that His Ecclesia on earth could prophesy to the “dry bones” of this world, as God is going to send His Spirit to bring new life and raise up a mighty Army out of the people who are now (spiritually) dead.
