TRUTH, OBEDIENCE, THANKSGIVING

The man who does those things, releases the supernatural power of God through everyday life, which can transform Sin and Darkness to Holiness and Light, which lead to blessings and fruitfulness.

TRUTH

The truth I can recognize for myself gives me the discernment to see the truth about my brother, and the authority to speak truth to him for his own good.

What is most important concerning the ability to see TRUTH is the ability to accurately discern the condition of our own heart, words, works, even our own thoughts and desires.

The degree of clarity with which we can discern truth about our own selves, determines how correctly and accurately we may confess our sins, as we repent for the condition of our heart and thoughts.

The consequence of that is how fast and effective is the process of the inner healing or our heart without delays, the transformation of our carnality, and the sanctification that shapes the character of Christ within us.

«See how much and in how many ways I have blessed you; now what am I asking of you, that you speak truth».

Ephesians 4:25 Wherefore, putting away the lying, speak truth each with his neighbour, because we are members one of another;

Zechariah 8:16 These [are] the things you shall do: Speak each man the truth to his neighbor; Give judgment in your gates for truth, justice, and peace;

OBEDIENCE

My obedience to the Word of God, first the written and then the living Voice by the Holy Spirit, opens up for me the door to receive the assignment to work for the Lord, whom I am called to obey. That includes the call to speak truth to my neighbor for his own good.

Exodus 15:26 and said, “If you diligently heed the voice of the LORD your God and do what is right in His sight, give ear to His commandments and keep all His statutes, I will put none of the diseases on you which I have brought on the Egyptians. For I [am] the LORD who heals you.” 27 Then they came to Elim, where there [were] twelve wells of water and seventy palm trees; so they camped there by the waters.

Deuteronomy 28:1 “Now it shall come to pass, if you diligently obey the voice of the LORD your God, to observe carefully all His commandments which I command you today, that the LORD your God will set you high above all nations of the earth. 2 “And all these blessings shall come upon you and overtake you, because you obey the voice of the LORD your God:

James 5:19 Brethren, if anyone among you wanders from the truth, and someone turns him back, 20 let him know that he who turns a sinner from the error of his way will save a soul from death and cover a multitude of sins.

THANKSGIVING

As I was recently praying concerning some issues that caused me grief and some concerns, as well as certain challenges in life and ministry, the Lord responded by saying:

«Do not assign weight or value to the things which grieve you or that you do not understand; rather look to find the blessings of your life as it is now, and give thanks for each little one of them».

Whatever amount of gratitude I have in my heart, and express thanksgiving with my lips for each little blessing daily, that is what opens up the path for me to experience increasingly more and greater blessings in the future.

Psalms 147:7 Sing to the LORD with thanksgiving; Sing praises on the harp to our God,

Jeremiah 30:18 “Thus says the LORD: ‘Behold, I will bring back the captivity of Jacob’s tents, … 19 Then out of them shall proceed thanksgiving And the voice of those who make merry; I will multiply them, and they shall not diminish; I will also glorify them, and they shall not be small.

Philippians 4:6 Be anxious for nothing, but in everything by prayer and supplication, with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God; 7 and the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and minds through Christ Jesus.

Colossians 4:2 Continue earnestly in prayer, being vigilant in it with thanksgiving;

1 Thessalonians 5:16 Rejoice always, 17 pray without ceasing, 18 in everything give thanks; for this is the will of God in Christ Jesus for you.

Revelation 4:9 Whenever the living creatures give glory and honor and thanks to Him who sits on the throne, who lives forever and ever, 10 the twenty-four elders fall down before Him who sits on the throne and worship Him who lives forever and ever, and cast their crowns before the throne…

On the opposite end, those who murmur, complain, and are never happy with what they have, they will end up having indeed nothing to be thankful for. In the end they shall be swallowed up by the curse and misery which they chose for themselves.

1 Corinthians 10:9 nor let us tempt Christ, as some of them also tempted, and were destroyed by serpents; 10 nor complain, as some of them also complained, and were destroyed by the destroyer.
